Where does the time go?
Where does the time go? As I celebrate my 28th Birthday today, I stopped and asked myself where does the time go? As a child I can remember wishing I was older, I'm sure all of us did at one point in our life, but as we got there why did we take those times when we were younger forgranted? Wishing our lifes away is what we did. If we can get it into our childrens heads not to rush their childhood, take the time to enjoy it and live it. Becauase in a moment it's gone and we can't get it back. Today just brought me back to thinking of how things were when I was a kid, the birthday parites, the slumber parites and all the fun we had. I'm glad I'm grown now and a mother and a wife, but sometimes it's nice to be able to think about those times when you were younger. I start missing things such as my grandma, and all nighters with girls and just doing crazy goofy things that now I wouldn't do. But it was all apart of what made me who I am today and I wouldnt' change it for anything. They were good times but just because you get older doesnt' mean those good times have to go away!

I know exactly what you mean. I love where I am today, but those childhood memories are priceless. :-)
I wouldn't trade my childhood for anything, those memories are so precious to look back on. I can't wait to share those memories with my little girl one day. Life is good!
