Update

Well some of you know that Jimmy had to have a catscan on Monday. He has been having very sharp pains on the top of his left side of his head, for about two weeks now. So he finally went to the dr on wednesday of last week and they said they weren't sure what it was and to get a scan of it. well he went yesterday and we got the results back this afternoon, Praise God they couldn't find anything! But his head is still hurting still not sure what it is. But they gave him a perscription and hopefully that will take the pain away if not he will have to go and get a follow up test but I'm believing that it's gong to be ok and God is faithful. I know we all go through things and it's really big to us but maybe not to someone else but I thank God that even the small things in our life He cares about. He cares about everything that we go thru and is there for us every step we take. That to me is an awesome God we serve. Thanks for the prayers and we will keep you updated but I know that it's going to be alright.

Exciting News

Well it's always exciting when your kids learn how to do new things on their own. And we are really proud of both of our boys but this is about Kolton he has learned how to ride his bike with NO training wheels! He is really happy about that , he started trying on Saturday with my neighbor girl and just took off and yesterday he learned how to use the brake, pretty exciting stuff. Then last night when Kristofer was doing his homework which he is doing great at school, Kolton was setting beside him pretending to do his too. It's the little things in life that makes you proud of being a parent. We wrote some letters on a paper along with some numbers and we had Kolton tell us what they werr(not sure if he could or not) and to our surprise he knew alot of them. Which is really awesome considering all of his delays that he has had in the past. It just shows to me once again how faithful our God is and how much He cares about the little things in our life. Well that's about it for now I just had to brag for a second about my boys.

Letting Go and Letting God

Letting Go and letting God! What a hard thing to do. Sometimes it's hard to let go of things that we are use to or things that are familar to us, and let God take control. God's word says that His ways are higher than ours. But no matter what it's still hard to do it when you are faced with life. My life has changed these past 6 weeks, with the lose of my father. But I was reminded of something today, I was thinking about my dad and emotions tend to take place. But in the midst of my emotions and feelings of lose God brings that peace. And I can't explain it but it gets me through it. My neighbor is going through some similar things with her father being sick and doctors speaking death over him, and it brought back all those feelings that I just went thru 6 weeks ago. And God reminded me that He is in control and everything happens for a reason. Because I had to let go of my dad, I am now in a place to help my neighbor. We don't always understand it but we don't have to as long as we are holding on to God's hand He will walk with us thru it. We may not understand why we go thru the things we go thru, but just remember that it's for a reason. And it just might be that there is someone out there that needs you and it's an opportunity to share God's love with them. We can't all go to the mission field in another country, but we all have neighbors and people that we work with daiily that need to know the love of God just like anyone else. We are in the mission field, just take the time to Let go and let God.

This week in the Julian houuse

We celebrated Kolton's 5th Birthday this past Saturday. He had a great time with family and friends. He got lots of cool trucks, motorcycles, a guitar, set of drums, and a powerwheel four wheeler(which he absoluletly loves). It's hard to believe that five years have come and gone so fast. What do we do with all the time? We also got a new additon to the family, NO I"m not pregnant LOL but we got a fish tank. So we now have four new fish. The boys love it! School is going great for the boys, Kristofer is doing good and Kolton is loving preschool. This week has been great because not only are the boys in school but Jimmy hasn't had to work over so that means that we get to spend some much needed time together. We have been taking rides on the motorcycle every morning, and then going to breakfast. It's amazing how much faster eating goes when you don't have kids with you. But it's nice to get to have time together, it's very important. Sometimes when you get so busy with taking care of the house, the kids, and whatever else needs done you sometimes forget to take the time for one another. So I"m thankful for this week that we can do that. It's been awhile since it's been the two of us, which don't get me wrong I love having my kids with me, but it's not wrong to take time away from them and spend time together either. Well I have pictures for you to see but something is wrong , I uploaded them and they aren't there who knows but when I fix it tomorrow I"ll post them! Have a blessed night
